One address, and it comes to me. Not a support desk, not a queue. I read every one and I answer most of them the same day.

If your book has not turned up

This is the one I get most, and it is nearly always a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. The book comes by email from Gumroad, the store that takes the payment, within a minute or two of paying. Before you write, look in your spam folder and your Promotions tab, because that is usually where it has gone. The same link is on the page Gumroad shows you right after you pay.

If it is not there, write to me and I will send it over by hand. You do not need to have kept anything or to prove you paid.

What to put in the message

Only one thing really matters, and that is the email address you used at checkout. If you paid with a different address to the one you are writing from, tell me both, otherwise I cannot find your order.

How long I take

Usually the same day, and near enough always inside one working day. If two days go by with nothing from me, assume the message went astray and send it again. It will not annoy me.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions, and you keep the book. Write to the same address and say you want a refund. The whole policy is on the refund page if you would rather read it first.

A file that will not open

Tell me what you are opening it on: a phone, a tablet, a computer. The book is a PDF and it opens on just about anything, so when it misbehaves it is usually something I can sort out quickly. If the print is too small on a phone, a tablet makes it bigger, and so does printing the page.

Anything else

A heater the book does not name, a rule your town writes differently, a price that is not the same at your store. Send it. If a price in the book is wrong where you live, tell me the item, the store and the price, and it goes into the next edition. One thing I cannot answer is a question about your medicines or your health. That is your doctor or your pharmacist, and the book says the same.
