The short version
Refund policy
Thirty days to change your mind. Write to me, I send the money back, and you keep the book.
How long you have
You have thirty days from the date of your purchase to ask for a refund. No conditions attached to it, and no need to explain yourself if you would rather not.
How to ask
Write to support@dickcolter.com from the email address you used at checkout, and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. No forms. If you tell me what did not work for you I will read it, but it is not a condition of getting your money back.
What happens next
I issue the refund through Gumroad, the store that took your payment, and it goes back to the same card or account you paid with. Gumroad sends you an email when it is done. Banks usually take five to ten business days to show it on your statement. That part is out of my hands.
You keep the book
This is a digital book. I am not going to ask you to delete it or send anything back. If you have downloaded it or printed pages from it, they are yours to keep whether you take the refund or not.
If something has gone wrong
If your email never arrived, or the file will not open, write to me before you ask for a refund. Most of the time it is a delivery problem I can fix in a few minutes, and you would rather have the book than the thirty seven dollars.
